Emergency Plumb London is an emergency plumbing service for the homes of prime central and north London: Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Marylebone and Bayswater; Chelsea, the Kensingtons, Notting Hill and Holland Park; St John’s Wood, Hampstead and the neighbourhoods around it; and Hampstead Garden Suburb, East Finchley and Alexandra Park. We chose these areas because their houses share what we know best: old, beautiful buildings that need a careful plumber.

How we work

• We come when you need us, 24/7, and we aim to be with you within 60 minutes.
• We protect your home. Dust sheets and floor protection go down before work starts, and we clean up before we leave.
• We explain before we act. You hear what we have found and what we recommend, and nothing is done without your agreement.
• We stand behind the work with a written 12-month guarantee, and our engineers carry public liability insurance.
• We stick to water. We do no gas work, so we never touch boilers or gas appliances.

The homes we know

The houses we work in are some of the most interesting in London: stucco terraces on Belgravia’s squares, red-brick mansions in Knightsbridge, mews houses behind Mayfair’s streets, Arts and Crafts cottages in the Suburb and Victorian villas turned into flats across Hampstead. They also hide old lead pipework, seized stopcocks, scaled-up cylinders and drains shared between several flats. Many of them sit on great estates or in conservation areas with their own rules, and we know to ask before anything changes on the outside.
