Contact us

The quickest way to reach us is to call 07861 933265. Lines are open 24/7.

If you can, send a photo on WhatsApp to 07861 933265: the leak, the stopcock, or your hot water cylinder. It helps the engineer bring the right parts.

If you would rather we rang you, fill in the form below with your name, number and a few words about what has happened. We will call you back to talk it through before anyone is sent.

We come to you anywhere in the areas we cover, from Mayfair and Chelsea to Hampstead and Alexandra Park.
